How much does it cost?
Enquiring is free and commits you to nothing. Lessons usually land at £25 to £35 an hour. Some tutors charge more (experienced teachers and examiners can reach £50). You agree the price before anything starts. Pay as you go, no contracts, no big upfront packages.
What happens after I send the form?
A person reads your enquiry properly, then matches you with the tutoring partner best placed to help. You'll get two emails from us: a receipt straight away, then one naming your match and what happens next. After that, their team gets in touch by WhatsApp, text or email, with tutors handpicked around your child. The first chat is free, and nothing starts until you say so.
What happens to my details?
They go to one matched tutoring partner and no one else. We never sell them, we never pass them around, and we have no mailing list. Our Privacy Notice has the rest, in plain English.
So how do you make money?
If you go ahead with lessons, the tutoring partner pays us a referral fee. For them it's a marketing cost, and it doesn't change the price you pay. You never pay us anything.
Who are the tutors?
They come from our vetted network of UK tutoring partners, not a marketplace free-for-all. Every tutor is Enhanced DBS-checked, and before committing you can ask them anything: qualifications, experience, how they'd approach your child's exam board.
How do online lessons actually work?
Typically a video call with a shared online whiteboard. You'll be walked through the setup and they'll find a format that suits your child. All they need is a laptop or tablet and a quiet-ish corner.
What if it's not a good fit?
You're never locked in. Lessons are pay as you go, and you can raise concerns or stop at any time. Tell them or tell us, and try someone else.
Which exam board does my child need?
Tell us the board (AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC…) in the details step if you know it. It travels with your enquiry. If you don't know it, the school will, and the tutor can work it out too.
