Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us. A person reads every complaint and replies.

Last updated 27 September 2026

Two kinds of complaint

  • About our service: the match, how we handled your enquiry, or anything on this site.
  • About your details: how we have collected, used, shared or kept them.

If it is about the lessons themselves, that is for the tutoring partner and its tutor to put right, under the agreement you made through the partner. Tell us too. We will take it up with the partner and report back to you.

How to complain

Use the form below, email us, or write to us. Email contact@tutornetwork.co.uk about our service, or privacy@tutornetwork.co.uk about your details. By post: Tutor Network Limited, Celtic House, 11-12 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff CF24 5PJ.

What's it about?

We'll email an acknowledgement to the address you give.

What happens next

You get an automatic acknowledgement straight away. A person replies within 5 working days. We aim to give you our answer within 14 days, and if it will take longer we tell you why and when. We will answer in plain English.

We do not belong to an alternative dispute resolution scheme, so if you are unhappy with our final answer, the courts remain open to you.

If it is about your details

You can also complain to the Information Commission at ico.org.uk at any time. The ICO usually expects you to have raised it with us first, and we would appreciate the chance to put things right.
